As a wheelchair user my number one concern is the bathroom and shower. Really like how accessible the bathroom and shower was, only one thing missing that would make it better is having a shower-head reachable to make the bathing more accessible. The room was great and the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the accommodations.
This was the first time we had stayed here and we were very satisfied with our stay. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. We were in walking distance from everything. The rooms were a pleasant surprise and they have excellent amenities. Their gym has literally everything from weights, to machines, a yoga/ dance studio and an area to stretch. We didn't get a chance to check out their spa, but we will be back soon.
Comfortable room and there are two level 2 charging spots. I had to use an adapter since it was a Tesla box.
Los Veleros Restaurant serves a great breakfast, I chose the Chilaquiles with Mole Sauce with eggs or chicken. The Mole sauce was delicious and the portion was large. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend!
Perfect location. Staff not rude, but not friendly either, except for the young lady in the front desk, she is awesome, always smiling, kudos for her. Rooms very clean & comfortable. There was a bit of noise and loud music at night, should pay more attention on this issue, is the only reason for which I may look to stay elsewhere next time I visit. Would I ever go back? Maybe.
We were there in December 2024 for 4 nights. The hotel is in a great location for accessing the malecon, tourist district, and other landmarks. The hotel, room, restaurant, and bar are all very nice and good value. My only recommendation is that they could invest in the lobby to improve the look and experience.
Five star experience in every way- we enjoyed ourselves tremendously! Incredible architecture, spotless clean, able to shut out the noise and light, adjustable dimming lights, comfortable bed and beautiful little deck. The room service was delicious, the staff helpful and attentive, and we loved the location close to everything we wanted. We didn’t even drive anywhere for several days. Highly recommended at a fabulous price!
